Citychalet Historic - Interlaken

Favourable and magnificent location near to back view of the mountains and good restaurants, and the room was cozy. I had a warm welcome from the owner.

The location was bad.

As youngsters, we loved the location of Citychalet Historic. It offered beautiful views and a calm and quiet atmosphere. the nearby shop made it convenient to buy everything we needed. the close proximity to the bus stop made it easy for us to explore the area. the host was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the Jungfrau Studio provided a cosy room with all the necessary amenities. the warm floors were a bonus, especially during the cold weather.

Felt very safe, with the host always ready to help.

Favourable and best possible location so close to the river, the train station and city center, everything great. It's a comfy and simple apartment close to nice places.

I liked the apartment though some things didn't work.

Amazing value for money! The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine, which came in handy during our weekend stay. The central location made it easy to explore the area, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation within walking distance. Additionally, the stunning view of the river from our balcony was a delightful bonus.

Although the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, it didn't hinder our overall experience. Additionally, the lack of provided cleaning products in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience.

Staying here was a pleasure, we would stay here again, no complaints whatsoever. Comfy apartment, it has views of the mountain. Greatly enjoyed rooms, they were huge and tidy with riverside view...

We enjoyed to be there, they offer well enough space and climate control. Cooked breakfast for ourselves as it had kitchenette.

This place is comfortable and simple, with views of the mountain and a perfect setting in the heart of the city, close to local restaurants and the Interlaken West.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel, especially the beautiful wooden interiors and cozy furnishings. It gave me a sense of nostalgia and made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and had a warm, welcoming ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with its convenient location in the heart of Interlaken. It was easy for me to explore the town and its attractions without having to travel far.

I would have appreciated if there were handrails or grab bars installed in the bathrooms to provide better support and stability for senior guests.

citychalet historic was the perfect base for exploring interlaken - great location, clean apartment, and friendly host. exceeded expectations.

Missing basic supplies in the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from the train station and right in the heart of the old town. the room was warm and cozy, and had a great view of the surrounding mountains. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the bathroom was clean.

The lights in the room could have been brighter.

The location of the accommodation was fantastic, with easy access to downtown and all the amenities. We enjoyed the convenience of having shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and transportation options within walking distance. the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing, with the sound of running water adding to the overall experience. the warm and cozy room, along with the clean kitchen and bathroom, made our stay comfortable.

That the internet connection could be a bit tricky when multiple users were using it. However, this did not bother us much.

Central location was great, and it was so peaceful around here. 🌟 Loved being in the heart of everything.

The Citychalet Historic in Interlaken was the perfect choice for our group of friends. the kitchen and bathroom were clean, and having a laundry machine was a great convenience. the view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, and the rooms were warm and cosy. the staff were very friendly and responded promptly to our inquiries. It was also a bonus that the cleaners didn't come every morning, allowing us to enjoy our private time peacefully. With a grocery store just 2 minutes away, the location was very convenient.

Nothing was too much trouble.

The historic feel, amiable host, neat kitchen and bathrooms, lovely neighborhood, perfect location near railway station and grocery shop.
